Just wanted to post and let everyone know I haven't been ignoring the chat room, on Monday I learned that a very close friend of mine had died of a heart attack on a family hike and I didn't know about it until then because my phone number is unlisted and they had a hard time finding me but they did through my sister who lives here. Later that afternoon, I had been backed into at a Fred Meyer parking lot and was pretty shaken up. my left arm is swollen and I saw the doctor today and she said that it was from the accident but also underlying from the fibro.  
 
I did have some good news today my sugar levels went down to 6.0 from 6.1 last time so I am getting there. In May of 2008, I was at almost 7 but I have lost 27 pds so far with Weight Watchers but have had a hard time this week with my diet but with Monday being a holiday I don't have to get up Monday morning to weigh in. but I will on Tuesday.
 
I also learned I don't have Diverticulitis which is good but I am also back on the vicodin cause of my arm. I had been taking the new drug Savella for Fibromyalgia since July 28th and it did help with my leg pains but my doctor doesn't think my state health plan will  cover the drug and I have had some weird experiences with taking the ambien with it so I am stopping it.
 
I am scheduled for another colonoscopy on the 22nd this month so we should know more then but next week the warm water pool is back open (they were doing end of the summer maintenance this week) and I am planning to go back. Keep fingers crossed my suit isn't too big. I hate to go buy a swim suit now!
 
I have gone from a size 18 to a 12 since doing weight watchers and I am 9 pds away from my goal. Plan is to be a lifetime member by Xmas. I am committed through the end of the year since they have a special going right now.
